Your **booking form** is the public "front door" couples use to request a date. A
submission creates a client and an event automatically, so a lead lands in your dashboard
ready to work.

## Customize the form

In **Settings → Booking form** you can tailor the fields couples fill out — keep the
defaults (names, email, event type, date, venue, guest count) or add your own questions.
Name and email are always required; everything else is up to you.

## Share your link

Share your booking link anywhere — your website, social bios, email signature. Each
submission comes in as a new **inquiry**.

## What happens on submit

- A **client** record is created (or matched by email).
- An **event** is created with status **inquiry**.
- It appears on your dashboard, flagged as a new inquiry to follow up.

From there, open the event ([the per-event view](/per-event-view)) to confirm details,
send a contract, and request a deposit.
