GigBook can assemble everything you've collected for an event into a single, branded
document you can save as a PDF and share — with the couple, a venue, or a photographer.

## Open the document

From the per-event view (as a DJ), choose **Print / share document**. You'll land on a
clean, branded page with your logo, colors, and fonts.

## Pick what to include

The document is built from selectable sections, with quick presets:

- **Full copy** — booking details, checklist, planning form, contract, and payments.
- **Vendor / timeline sheet** — just booking details and the planning form. No contract,
  no payment amounts — ideal to hand a photographer or venue.

You can also toggle individual sections. Your selection lives in the page's URL, so a
particular view is a shareable link.

## Save as PDF

Click **Save as PDF** to use your browser's print-to-PDF. Section page breaks and the
toolbar are handled for you, so the result reads like a proper document.

## Secure by default

The document is **login-gated** — only you and the couple can open it. To share with an
outside vendor, pick the **Vendor** preset (which omits the contract and payment details)
and send them the saved PDF.
